the fox light with michael tamaro. first justin bieber. he is speaking out about the tragic he accident which left a photographer dead while trying to snap pictures of the pop star. start with the sad story. >> we know the name of the professor. 29-year-old chris gara was trying to get the money making shot of bieber driving his ferrari down the los angeles highway when he was hit and killed by a passenger's car. he claimed to have seen the singer smoking marijuana behind the wheel. turns out the pop star wasn't in the car. bieber release the a statement earlier saying while he was not print or directly involved in the tragic accident my thoughts and prayers are with the family of the victims. it will inspire meaningful legislation and whatever other necessary steps to protect the lives and safety of celebrities police officers innocent public bystanders and the photographers themselves. police don't believe the driver of the vehicle who hit the photographer is at fault and most likely won't face charges. >>> you are making a lot of ladies happy with this next story. >> ladies
